Bralyx was founded in 1993 in São Paulo, Brazil, by siblings Gilberto and Beatriz Poleto. The company pioneered the first Brazilian tabletop savory and sweet machine and later produced the first 100% nationally manufactured MAXIFORM BABY. Today Bralyx exports complete production lines for savory and sweet finger food and fresh pasta to more than 70 countries, with main markets in Turkey, Italy, Portugal, and England. The brand operates a European office in Bedford (UK), a USA office, and representatives across Spain, Bulgaria, Russia, Turkey, and Portugal.
